Restoring Backups #

Once file backups (via SSH or FTP) are configured, you can view snapshots in your fixed.net dashboard.
- Log into My.Fixed.net and click the relevant website.
- Navigate to the Backups tab
- Either choose File Backups or Database backups and find the relevant snapshot.
- Click
Restore.
For now (in beta phase), restore requests will raise a free task with our tech team.
