You can submit your first website edits right away after you receive your welcome email since your website management subscription is technically active the moment you sign up!
But there are a few things we have to do before performing any website edits…
Make sure all the login credentials you’ve sent us work correctly.
Perform a full backup of your core files and database.
Do a few initial onboarding steps to make sure your website is stable.
These initial steps can take a few hours. But once they’re completed, our support team’s next step will be to dive into your initial website edits whenever they were sent in.
